Sea of Green
Sea of Green was formed early in 2010 by Lienkie and Wynand who started jamming and writing songs together. With a few breaks and delays, they eventually kick-started the project in mid 2011 with a bang! They started gigging and immediately got a good response where ever they played.
Sea of Green recorded their first demo with legendary producer Kevin Leicher (Arno Carstens, Josie Field, Chris Chameleon ).
They can perform either in a full band setup or in a two or three piece acoustic format for smaller venues.
In 2013 they played at Oppikoppi and also opened for Arno Carstens. They have also played numerous shows at Arcade Empire and played on the same bills as the legendary Albert Frost, Black Cat Bones, Naming James and many more.
2014 and 2015 saw them playing at STRAB and taking on many festivals, live shows and corporate gigs, as well as expanding their sound and style.
